Disappearing Bacon Onion Cheese Burger Meatloaf !

My family love meatloaf and so one day i decided to try a new recipe that i maded up in my head and well all i can say is my family loves it there is never any leftovers when i make this meatloaf which is why i like to call it a disappearing meatloaf :)

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 lb
    turkey burger
  • 1/2 lb
    smoke bacon , diced
  • 3 clove
    of garlic , chopped
  • 2 dash(es)
    onion powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c
    original bbq sauce
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 c
    mild shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium
    onions , diced
  • 2/3 c
    italian bread crumbs

How to Make Disappearing Bacon Onion Cheese Burger Meatloaf !


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  2. while your oven is preheating . chop up your bacon your garlic and your onion . In a medium size frying pan cook your bacon and onions together add the garlic and cook until your bacon is slightly crip and your onions are tender . drain and set aside to cool slightly
  3. in a large bowl put your hamburger ,turkey burger onion powder salt and pepper bbq sauce ketchup and bread crumbs add your slighty cooled bacon onions and garlic and cheese mix well . form your loaf into a baking dish and cook for about an 1hour and 10 mins or until your loaf is no longer pink enjoy :)
