Don't let the name gross you out. It just looks dirty. This is very good. You will love this. Sometimes I use Cocktail sauce instead of ketchup because it has that nice little kick to it from the horseradish. Received from sister. Easy, breezy and delicious!!

- - 3 lbs. brisket
- - 1 cup ketchup
- - 1 packet lipton onion soup mix
How To Make dirty pot roast

Step 1Place brisket on foil. Coat with ketchup and sprinkle with soup mix. Wrap brisket in foil. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 for 2 1/2 hours. *Make sure to coat underneath of the brisket with the ketchup.
