Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed seasoned salad croutons
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 6 - hamburger buns
  • - condiments of your choice

How To Make dilly burgers

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients, mix well. shape into 6 equal sized pattiesand place on an ungreased cookie sheet with sides bake for 30 minutes or untill meat is no longer pink.
  • Step 2
    remove and place the cheese on each burger and place back in the oven to melt cheese.
  • Step 3
    next dress your buns and place the burgers on buns and enjoy!!
