1Preheat oven to 375^. In large fry pan, brown ground beef; drain fat.
Stir in onions, catsup, mustard, 1-1/2 tsp. dill seed(reserve 1/2 tsp.)salt & pepper.
Simmer while preparing dough.
2Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Press 2 rectangles over bottom of ungreased 8 or 9" square pan.
Spoon hot meat mixture over dough, sprinkle with cheese.
Place remaining rectangles over meat & cheese; stretch to cover.
Sprinkle with reserved dill seed.
3Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares & serve with sauce.
To prepare sauce, combine gravy mix & water; cook according to package directions. Stir in sour cream, heat but do not boil.
