Ingredients

  • 1 large
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 lb
    lean ground round
  • 3
    slices bread, cubed fine
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp
    green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish

How to Make Diabetic Meat Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Form into a loaf.
  4. Place in foil lined baking dish.
  5. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
