    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 lb
    lean ground round
  • 3
    slices bread, cubed fine
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp
    green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish

How To Make diabetic meat loaf

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
