- 2 tablespoons grey poupon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons tablespoon red vinger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 - tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Step 2Brush steak with 2 Tbsp steak Sauce. Grill to16 TO18 min or until doneness turning after 8 min

Step 3Remove to carving board tent with foil Let stand for 5 min

Step 4Meanwhile mix remaining steak sauce with all remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil on a high heat.

Step 5Simmer on med-low heat for 2 min or until thickened. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Top with sauce
