This is our family Favorite! I can make this recipe by heart;it's that easy!!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion,chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cans kidney beans,drained
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans tomatoes, canned italian-style
  • 3 cloves garlic,crushed
  • 2 - cans water,
  • Hot Sauce - to personal taste
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal,to thicken
  • - mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make mexican chili

  • Step 1
    In a Dutch Oven Or Large 2 handled pot,brown ground beef,onion and clove garlic in bottom of pot. DO NOT DRAIN FAT! Add all of the Taco Pkt. Stir to combined.
  • Step 2
    Add in Kidney Beans,Tomato Sauces,1/2c. cornmeal,water,and hot sauce to taste. Simmer for 20-25 min.,stirring occasionally! Add cheddar Cheese to to of top of each personal portioned bowl of Chili. Serve and Enjoy
