Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion,chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans kidney beans,drained
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans tomatoes, canned italian-style
- 3 cloves garlic,crushed
- 2 - cans water,
- Hot Sauce - to personal taste
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal,to thicken
- - mexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make mexican chili

Step 1In a Dutch Oven Or Large 2 handled pot,brown ground beef,onion and clove garlic in bottom of pot. DO NOT DRAIN FAT! Add all of the Taco Pkt. Stir to combined.

Step 2Add in Kidney Beans,Tomato Sauces,1/2c. cornmeal,water,and hot sauce to taste. Simmer for 20-25 min.,stirring occasionally! Add cheddar Cheese to to of top of each personal portioned bowl of Chili. Serve and Enjoy
