  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 large
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2 can(s)
    kidney beans,drained
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 2 can(s)
    tomatoes, canned italian-style
  • 3 clove
  • 2
    cans water,
  • Hot Sauce
    to personal taste
  • 1/2 c
    yellow cornmeal,to thicken
  • ·
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How to Make Mexican Chili


  1. In a Dutch Oven Or Large 2 handled pot,brown ground beef,onion and clove garlic in bottom of pot. DO NOT DRAIN FAT! Add all of the Taco Pkt. Stir to combined.
  2. Add in Kidney Beans,Tomato Sauces,1/2c. cornmeal,water,and hot sauce to taste. Simmer for 20-25 min.,stirring occasionally!
    Add cheddar Cheese to to of top of each personal portioned bowl of Chili. Serve and Enjoy
