Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 pound baby carrots, quartered
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 package (12 ounces) frozen meatballs
- 1 can (10 ounces) tomato soup
- 1 can (10 ounces) beef gravy
- 1 cup water or beef broth
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 cup frozen peas (optional)

Step 1Place the potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and meatballs in a 5 quart slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over meatball mixture

Step 2Cover and cook on low heat 7-8 hours or 4-5 hours on high. Add frozen peas 1/2 hour before done and continue cooking for a half hour.

Step 3Can be served over rice or noodles.
