Delicious Bacon Cheeseburgers

1 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
hamburger buns
1 pkg
bacon, uncooked
lawry's seasoned salt
4 slice
american or provolone cheese
sliced tomato (optional)


1On medium heat cook the bacon (2 slices of bacon per burger) and hamburger patties. Sprinkle lawrys salt on both sides of burger patties while meat is uncooked. I use a large flat skillet and place the uncooked bacon at the top, and the ground beef patties at the bottom- so the bacon grease will drizzle down towards the patties.
2Once the juice runs clear on the burger patties put a slice of cheese on each patty. Leave on the skillet/griddle until melty.
3Place cooked strips of bacon on top of the melted cheese.
4Put patties on buns..and serve!
