Ever have stuff in the fridge that you know you’ve got to cook soon or it’s going to go bad? Well I had a pound of ground beef I couldn’t refreeze, a couple of baked potatoes leftover from a meal the day before, some mushrooms, onion and a couple of carrots I didn’t want to go to waste so I threw them all together for a rather tasty casserole.
