- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 packages ground chuck
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Brown beef in a large skillet on medium heat, stirring constantly. After several minutes, add onions and bell pepper and cook until they soften, then add cumin, salt and pepper, and ground red pepper. Then cook on high setting until beef is browned completely, stir constantly. Goes great with rice.
