water
1/4 c
cider vinegar
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
1.5 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
3-4 dash(es)
hot sauce
2 tsp
soy sauce
2 tsp
sugar

How to Make Danish Meat Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all but sauce ingredients well and form into balls the size of walnuts.
  • 2Cook over low heat until done but not brown.
  • 3Danish meat ball sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients. Simmer approximately 20 minutes.
  • 4Pour over meat balls.
