  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 tsp
    pepper
  • 3-4 dash(es)
    hot sauce
  • 1/2
    green pepper, minced
  • SAUCE INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 3-4 dash(es)
    hot sauce
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    sugar

How to Make Danish Meat Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all but sauce ingredients well and form into balls the size of walnuts.
  2. Cook over low heat until done but not brown.
  3. Danish meat ball sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients. Simmer approximately 20 minutes.
  4. Pour over meat balls.
