daleine's smoked bbq brisket
Another wonderful Childhood Comfort food. This dish takes a while in prep but it's worth every moment. We always serve this baked beans, potato salad & rolls.

Ingredients
- 6 pounds beef brisket
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 cups beef bouillon
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, light
- 2 tablespoons worcester sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 4 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
How To Make daleine's smoked bbq brisket

Step 1Mix: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, paprika, and liquid smoke flavoring until blended.

Step 2Rub Mixture into Brisket and Marinate overnight covered. Remove Brisket and place into pan. Cook 2 Hours in oven at 300-350 degrees, depending on oven. Do Not Cover.

Step 3Mix: In sauce pan, Beef Bouillon, Ketchup, Brown Sugar, Worcester sauce, Garlic Salt and Tabasco. Stir to blend and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4Remove brisket from pan and place into clean baking pan. Pour simmered sauce over the brisket & cover with foil. Continue to cook for an additional 2 hours @ 300-350 degrees. **At least once during this final stage, spoon sauce over brisket, cover & return to the oven
