How to Make Dad's Swiss Steak(Marty Burks)
- 1My dad didn't use a meat malet he took a knife and slice hafe way through the meat not all the way through criscrosse the meat on both side. Heat a iron skillet with oil. Salt& pepper flour. Dust both side of meat. Place meat in hot oil brown both side. Copped onion,carrot,green pepper.
- 2Add chopped veggies on top of meat add tomatoes,olive. Add water about 1/2 c. to the meat. Cover whith a lid and simmer for 3hr.
- 3Take the meat out of skillet. With the dripping make a gravy.
