Daddy's Killer Meatloaf

Krissie Smith

This is my dad's recipe and it is the best meatloaf, and anyone who has tried it has said as much. Ladies where I used to work even paid him to make this for them. Quite the boost to my widowed father!

We dig ramps here in the Smoky Mountains in the spring and I have substituted the onion with ramps. My stepson says he does not like meatloaf, but with the ramps, he actually ate the leftovers!!!
