Ingredients

  • 1 pound round steak, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 can vegetable juice
  • 3 - chopped carrots
  • 10 - potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 - cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • - chili powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - ketchup
  • 2-3 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • - water

How To Make czechoslovakian goulash

  • Step 1
    Brown cut up pieces of meat.
  • Step 2
    Season with chili powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Step 3
    Add chopped vegetables and vegetable juice.
  • Step 4
    Add ketchup and worcestershire sauce to taste.
  • Step 5
    Add water as needed.
  • Step 6
    Cook until vegetables are tender and meat is done.
