    round steak, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 can(s)
    vegetable juice
  • 3
    chopped carrots
  • 10
    potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2
    cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • ·
    chili powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    ketchup
  • 2-3 dash(es)
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    water

How to Make Czechoslovakian Goulash

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown cut up pieces of meat.
  2. Season with chili powder, salt and black pepper.
  3. Add chopped vegetables and vegetable juice.
  4. Add ketchup and worcestershire sauce to taste.
  5. Add water as needed.
  6. Cook until vegetables are tender and meat is done.
