2 lbbeef chuck roast boneless, cut into cubes

4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

4 to 6jalapeno peppers

1 mdonion

2 clovegarlic minced

1/2bell pepper

8tomatillos
-
1 cantomato sauce
-
1 1/2 cbeef broth
-
3 Tbspcilantro, fresh

1 Tbsppaprika
-
2 tspcumin
-
1 tspsalt

How To Make cyclone chili stew

1Brown beef in hot oil in large skillet

2Dice jalepeno discarding seeds and membranes

3Add to beef with, onions, garlic and green pepper

4Husk tomatillos, wash and chop, add to beef mixture. Add tomato sauce, beef broth and seasonings; bring to a boil

5Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours or until beef is tender.

6You can use habanero chili peppers, if you want hotter chili. Great served with cornbread or Jalpeno cornbread
