beef chuck roast boneless, cut into cubes
4 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
4 to 6
jalapeno peppers
1 medium
onion
2 clove
garlic minced
1/2
bell pepper

tomatillos
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 1/2 c
beef broth
3 Tbsp
cilantro, fresh
1 Tbsp
paprika
2 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
salt
pepper

How to Make Cyclone Chili Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown beef in hot oil in large skillet
  • 2Dice jalepeno discarding seeds and membranes
  • 3Add to beef with, onions, garlic and green pepper
  • 4Husk tomatillos, wash and chop, add to beef mixture. Add tomato sauce, beef broth and seasonings; bring to a boil
  • 5Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours or until beef is tender.
  • 6You can use habanero chili peppers, if you want hotter chili.
    Great served with cornbread or Jalpeno cornbread
