My husband's aunt lived on a farm with one hungry husband and 4 hungry boys, plus assorted nieces and nephews who came to visit. This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to accomodate how many you have to feed. Fast, easy and wonderful.

How to Make Currier Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet. Drain.
  2. Pour in the French Onion Soup. Stir together.
  3. Cook on medium (may have to adjust temp to avoid burning) about 15 minutes, just until flavors are blended.
  4. Adjustments: You may need to use just a little less of the soup so that it isn't too soupy, unless you like it that way. Just spoon onto the hamburger buns like you would for sloppy joes. To adjust the amount, just keep the ratio the same - 1 lb. hamburger to 1 can soup.
