currier burgers
(1 RATING)
My husband's aunt lived on a farm with one hungry husband and 4 hungry boys, plus assorted nieces and nephews who came to visit. This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to accomodate how many you have to feed. Fast, easy and wonderful.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 can campbell's french onion soup
- 1 package hamburger buns
How To Make currier burgers
-
Step 1Brown the hamburger in a skillet. Drain.
-
Step 2Pour in the French Onion Soup. Stir together.
-
Step 3Cook on medium (may have to adjust temp to avoid burning) about 15 minutes, just until flavors are blended.
-
Step 4Adjustments: You may need to use just a little less of the soup so that it isn't too soupy, unless you like it that way. Just spoon onto the hamburger buns like you would for sloppy joes. To adjust the amount, just keep the ratio the same - 1 lb. hamburger to 1 can soup.
