My family loves this dish. Very easy and simple. I am an experimenter in the kitchen, love to mix new ideas and flavors together. Guess from watching so many cooking shows.

Ingredients

  • 4 large cubed steaks
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
  • 2 cups rice already cooked
  • 1 can milk, use the soup can
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cubed steak w/rice

  • Step 1
    preheat oven 350
  • Step 2
    Fry cubed steak in pan,make sure its all the way done. Boil rice till tender, rinse off rice, put in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Mix soup and milk together in bowl, pour 1/2 over into the rice and stir.
  • Step 4
    cut cooked cubed steak into bite size pieces, place over top of rice.
  • Step 5
    pour over the remaining soup mix over the cubed steak.
  • Step 6
    place dish inside preheated oven cook 15 to 20 min.
