My family loves this dish. Very easy and simple. I am an experimenter in the kitchen, love to mix new ideas and flavors together. Guess from watching so many cooking shows.

Ingredients
- 4 large cubed steaks
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
- 2 cups rice already cooked
- 1 can milk, use the soup can
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cubed steak w/rice

Step 1preheat oven 350

Step 2Fry cubed steak in pan,make sure its all the way done. Boil rice till tender, rinse off rice, put in bottom of casserole dish.

Step 3Mix soup and milk together in bowl, pour 1/2 over into the rice and stir.

Step 4cut cooked cubed steak into bite size pieces, place over top of rice.

Step 5pour over the remaining soup mix over the cubed steak.

Step 6place dish inside preheated oven cook 15 to 20 min.
