Ingredients For cuban picadillo

3 Tbspolive oil

1 smonion, diced

1/2green bell pepper, diced

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 pkgsazón goya

1 cantomato sauce (8 oz)

1 cantomato paste, (6 oz)

1/4 cdry white wine

4 Tbsppimento stuffed green olives

2 Tbspraisens

1/2 tspcumin

1/2 tsporegano
How To Make cuban picadillo

1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic until the onion is transluscent.

2Add the ground beef and brown over medium heat.

3Add the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking until meat is tender and completely cooked through. About 25 minutes.

4Serve over white rice with plantains.
