Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package sazón goya
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 can tomato paste, (6 oz)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 4 tablespoons pimento stuffed green olives
- 2 tablespoons raisens
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
How To Make cuban picadillo

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic until the onion is transluscent.

Step 2Add the ground beef and brown over medium heat.

Step 3Add the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking until meat is tender and completely cooked through. About 25 minutes.

Step 4Serve over white rice with plantains.
