Crusty Taco Squares

1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
chopped onion
taco seasoning to taste
16 oz
can refried beans
8 oz
can tomato sauce
8 oz. cans of cresecent rolls
1 Tbsp
1/3 c
1 c
shredded cheese
1 c
shredded lettuce
1 c
diced tomatoes
salsa or taco sauce


1Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2Brown meat and onions, drain. Stir in taco seasoning, beans, and tomato sauce. Summer 5 min
3Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. Place in un-greased 13x9 baking dish. Press over bottom and 1 inch up the side to form a crust. Brush dough with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal. Soon hot meat mixture over crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
4Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. Cut into squares and top with lettuce and tomato. Serve with taco sauce.
