spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 lb
fine noodles, cooked
10 oz
non-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
seasoned salt

How to Make Crusty Beef Casserole


  • 1BAKE: 325 degrees.
  • 2Brown meat and onions.
  • 3Add sauce; heat.
  • 4Arrange in casserole half of noodles, half of sauce and half of cheese; sprinkle with salt.
  • 5Make another layer of noodles, sauce and cheese.
  • 6Bake 1 hour.
  • 7Makes 2 casseroles.
  • 8Can be doubled or halved.
  • 9Freezes well.
