Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean (93/7) ground chuck
- 1 package mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1 can diced potatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup barley, uncooked
- 2 packages lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 16 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 5 cups water to cover
- 1 can black beans
How To Make crockpot veggie beef stew

Step 1Fry your beef and sautee your onions until done. While you are doing this, you can put other ingredients into the crock pot and cut the crockpot on low and allow it to be getting hot.

Step 2Once the beef and onions are done, rinse with warm water to get excess fat/grease drained off and scoup into the crockpot. Then cover and let simmer on low for 4 - 6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours and then enjoy. I will then let family salt to taste for themselves.
