How to Make Crockpot Unstuffed Cabbage


  1. Cut cabbage in half and then into 1 inch strips
  2. Combine uncooked rice with ground beef. Salt and pepper if desired
  3. Divide beef into same size meatballs
  4. Line bottom of large crockpot with cabbage layer
  5. wrap each meatball with a strip of cabbage and place in crockpot. If another layer is needed make sure to cover first layer with cabbage
  6. Add remaining cabbage until crockpot is full
  7. Pour in entire bottle of V8 and top with bullion cubes
  8. Cook approx. 6 hours on high
