crockpot swiss steak dinner
My mother would make this when I was growing up but not in a crockpot. She has all her recipes in her head pretty much so I tried to duplicate it. I tweeked it a little, so don't tell her, and this is what I came up with. It was so darn good and all ready by the time I got home from work! Love my crockpot!

-
Step 2In your crockpot layer your potatoes, carrots, beef and onions. In a small bowl combine your mushroom soup with the tomatoes then pour over the top.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until the meat and veggies are tender. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Enjoy.
