Crockpot Swiss Steak Dinner
1 1/2 lbboneless sirloin beef cut in cubes
2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
3 mediumpotatoes, cut in wedges
1 1/2 cbaby carrots
1 mediumonion cut in slices
1 can(s)italian diced tomatoes with oregano and garlic
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
How to Make Crockpot Swiss Steak Dinner
- Cut your steak into cubes and flatten them a little, place in the flour, salt and pepper in a ziplock bag. Shake and coat the steak. Brown in the olive oil on both sides.
- In your crockpot layer your potatoes, carrots, beef and onions. In a small bowl combine your mushroom soup with the tomatoes then pour over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until the meat and veggies are tender. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Enjoy.
- Note: If you do not use a liner, remember to spray your crockpot with cooking spray to prevent any sticking and to make clean up easier.
