Haven't made Swiss steak in forever. I found this recipe in Grandma's Favorite Dinners cookbook.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds thin top sirloin steak
- 1 large onion, cut in chunks
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrainned
- 1 can whole tomatoes, undrainned and cut up
- 2 - celery stalks cut up in small pieces
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- - salt & pepper or your favorite seasoning
How To Make crockpot swiss steak

Step 1Cut up steak in small pieces. Sprinkle both sides with seasoning. In a large frying pan, spray with non-stick spray. Brown and place in crockpot. In the same frying pan add rest of ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes;add some more seasoning to mixture. place over the top of the meat. Cook for 8 hrs on low setting. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
