Ingredients

1 - round steak, cut into serving sized pieces
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 - onion, sliced

How To Make crockpot swiss steak

Step 1

Flour meat, blend remaining ingredients, except onion.

Step 2

Put meat in crockpot, top with sliced onion, pour on sauce.
Step 3

Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours.
