  • 6
    green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    pimento, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 10.75 oz
    cream of tomato soup
  • 12 oz
    corn

How to Make Crockpot Stuffed Green Peppers

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut a slice off top of each pepper.
  2. Remove core, seeds, and white membrane.
  3. In a small bowl, combine beef, onion, pimiento, salt and corn.
  4. Spoon into peppers.
  5. Stand peppers up in slow-cooking pot.
  6. Add worcestershire sauce and mustard to soup.
  7. Pour over peppers.
  8. Cover pot; cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
