Ingredients
- 6 - green peppers
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10.75 ounces cream of tomato soup
- 12 ounces corn
How To Make crockpot stuffed green peppers

Step 1Cut a slice off top of each pepper.

Step 2Remove core, seeds, and white membrane.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine beef, onion, pimiento, salt and corn.

Step 4Spoon into peppers.

Step 5Stand peppers up in slow-cooking pot.

Step 6Add worcestershire sauce and mustard to soup.

Step 7Pour over peppers.

Step 8Cover pot; cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
