Crockpot Stuffed Green Peppers
finely chopped onion
cream of tomato soup
1Cut a slice off top of each pepper.
2Remove core, seeds, and white membrane.
3In a small bowl, combine beef, onion, pimiento, salt and corn.
5Stand peppers up in slow-cooking pot.
6Add worcestershire sauce and mustard to soup.
8Cover pot; cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
