This is so YUMMY! and it isnt too expensive. The original recipe called for 2 cans of cream of mushroom, but I just love cream of onion so I tried it. A great company meal

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 package onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 pounds beef stew meat (i used cut up chuck roast)

How To Make crockpot stroganof

Step 1

mix all soups, sour cream and water in crock pot, add stew meat. Cook on low 6 hours. Serve over buttered egg noodles, rice, or even just buttered bread
