- 1 - 2 pounds sirloin tip steak, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, cut into large pieces
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can beef broth
- - salt and pepper to season

Step 1Lightly salt and pepper the beef tips and put them in a bowl with the flour. Stir until beef is covered with the flour.

Step 2Combine the other ingredients in the Crockpot. Mix well.
