4 lbbeef chuck roast

2onions, sliced

1 can(s)beef broth
-
1/3 cbrown sugar, lightly packed

1/3 capple cider vinegar
-
8gingersnaps, crumbled

How to Make Crockpot Sauerbraten
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on roast. place in crockpot.
- Add onion,broth,brown sugar, and vinegar.
Cover tightly and cook on High for 5-6 hrs. - Remove roast, cover with foil to keep warm.
Add crumbled gingersnaps to crockpot and stir until thickened. - Slice meat and spoon sauce over it. Great served over buttered noodles
