Ingredients
- 1 pound beef roast
- 1 can beer
- 1 package onion soup mix
How To Make crockpot roast (french dip sandwich)

Step 1Trim fat from roast.

Step 2Put roast in crockpot and sprinkle with soup mix.

Step 3Pour beer over top.

Step 4Cook on low for about 8 hours.

Step 5Cut or pull apart to make sandwiches on hard roll.
