This is a family favorite. So nice to use a crockpot in the summer. I put the ingredients together put in the crockpot then put the crockpot out on a table on the back deck to cook.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
2
eggs, beaten
3/4 c
milk
2/3 c
bread crumbs, fine dry
1 small
onion, finely chopped
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
ground sage

SAUCE

1/4 c
ketchup
1 tsp
dry mustard
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg

How to Make Crockpot Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and meat. Mix well.
  • 2Shape into 9X5 inch recatngle or oval, or about 6 inch round. Carefully place in slow cooking crock pot.
  • 3Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
  • 4Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat.
  • 5Cover and cook on high 15 minutes longer.
  • 6Slice and serve while hot or can use cold slices for sandwiches.
