crockpot meatloaf
This is a family favorite. So nice to use a crockpot in the summer. I put the ingredients together put in the crockpot then put the crockpot out on a table on the back deck to cook.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs, fine dry
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- SAUCE
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
How To Make crockpot meatloaf

Step 1Combine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and meat. Mix well.

Step 2Shape into 9X5 inch recatngle or oval, or about 6 inch round. Carefully place in slow cooking crock pot.

Step 3Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

Step 4Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat.

Step 5Cover and cook on high 15 minutes longer.

Step 6Slice and serve while hot or can use cold slices for sandwiches.
