8lasagna noodles, uncooked, broken up
1 lblean ground beef
3/4 conion, finely chopped
1 can(s)whole tomatos, with juice, broken up
1 clow-fat cottage cheese, small curd
2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
1 tspparsley flakes
1/2 tspdried oregano
1/4 tspdried basil
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Crockpot Lasagna
- Brown ground beef in skillet, drain and set aside. Break lasagna noodles into bite-size pieces. Chop canned tomatos.
- In a 3 1/2 qt. crock pot add noodles, browned beef and remaining ingredients. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. Perfect for company!
