Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 5.5 ounces scalloped potatoes
- 16 ounces tomatoes, canned
- 1 can pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

Step 1Brown ground beef, drain well.

Step 2Put in crockpot with dried potatoes from scalloped potato mix and sauce mix.

Step 3Add tomatoes, pizza sauce, water, oregano, basil and garlic.

Step 4Stir to mix.

Step 5Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

Step 6Turn to high, stir in cubed cheese.

Step 7Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes longer.

Step 8Serve with garlic bread and a green salad.
