crockpot hungarian goulash
This was so easy and the meat was very tender! I got it from my Fix-it and Forget-it cookbook. I have not had many versions of goulash to compare it to-but this one is tasty. I know the authentic type does not contains tomatoes, but this may be more kid-friendly. If you would like it less sweet, use tomato sauce in place of the ketchup. My teen liked it the way it was.
