- 4 pounds chuck roast
- - salt and pepper
- 4 ounces cream horseradish
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make crockpot horseradish pot roast

Step 1Season the roast with salt and pepper. Spread the cream horseradish over the roast. Place the roast in a large crock pot.

Step 2Place the onions, mushrooms and garlic around the roast.. Add the beef stock oregano and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 3Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
