Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 4 lb
    chuck roast
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 4 oz
    cream horseradish
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 8 oz
    mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 c
    beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make Crockpot Horseradish Pot Roast


  1. Season the roast with salt and pepper. Spread the cream horseradish over the roast. Place the roast in a large crock pot.
  2. Place the onions, mushrooms and garlic around the roast.. Add the beef stock oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
