2 lbflank steak, cut in half
1 smallcan of green chiles
1 largeonion, sliced
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspbrown sugar
1 tspchili powder
1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin (or regular, whatever you have on-hand)
2 clovegarlic, minced
How to Make Crockpot Flank Steak
- In a frying pan, brown off your flank steak on both sides in the oil.
- Add all ingredients into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours if you prefer it sliced, or 5 hours if you prefer it shredded. I served this with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and it was a huge hit!
