Ingredients
- 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 6 cups hot water
- 2 - carrots, shredded
- 1 - celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 - tomato, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh and chopped
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 6 tablespoons milk
How To Make crockpot dumpling soup

Step 1In crockpot, sprinkle beef with dry onion soup mix.

Step 2Pour hot water over meat.

Step 3Stir in carrots, celery and tomato.

Step 4Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.

Step 5Turn control to high.

Step 6In a small bowl, combine biscuit mix with parsley.

Step 7Stir in milk with fork until mixture is moistened.

Step 8Drop dumpling mixture into crockpot with a teaspoon.

Step 9Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
