Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1.5 lb
    beef sirloin tip, cubed
  • 1
    diced green bell pepper
  • 1
    red bell pepper, diced
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 28 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 can(s)
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp

How to Make Crockpot Chili Sirloin


  1. This recipe works great in a slow cooker for approximately 8 hours, if you don't have one, cook on low for at least 2 hours.
  2. Slightly brown the steak cubes in the bacon fat, drain and then add remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer as mentioned above.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and raw onions.
