My mother-in-laws recipe that is to good to hide from others! Sorry I don't have a picture yet but you gotta try this, you will love it!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds stew meat or beef tips
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 package instant onion soup mix ( 1 envelope)
  • 1 can pillsbury grands biscuits
  • - mashed potatoes

How To Make crockpot beef tips

  • Step 1
    Mix all together (except biscuits and potatoes )and refrigerate overnight to marinate. --- Do not add salt it will be salty enough from soup mix ---
  • Step 2
    Put beef mixture in crockpot early around 6 or 7am and let it cook on high till noon, then set on low until meal time. Stir occasionally. Cook until beef is tender.
  • Step 3
    Get mashed potatoes cooking and pillsbury grands biscuits cooked according to package.
  • Step 4
    Serve beef tips over pillsbury grand biscuits (torn apart)and use gravy that's in the crockpot for mashed potatoes. It's to die for!
