This beef stroganoff is a delicious, flavorful, filling comfort food! I have some picky eaters in my house and they always clean their plates when this is on the table!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chop meat
- 2-4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 - onions, vidalia, peeled and rough chopped
- 2 - garlic cloves chopped
- 2 packages sliced white mushrooms
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can full - milk
- 2 packages onion soup mix
How To Make crockpot beef stroganoff

Step 1Brown chop meat in a skillet with a little salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat and put chop meat in crock pot.

Step 2Add olive oil to skillet and start to cook onions and mushrooms until onions just start to get translucent. Add chopped garlic for a quick toss, then put onion mixture in the crockpot.

Step 3Pour both cams of cream of mushroom soup into a bowl. Pour milk into one of empty cans and add to soup and wisk together, then add to crock pot. Put packages of onion soup mix, worstershire, and peas in crockpot and mix all together.

Step 4Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over pasta, or rice or potatoes.
