    beef stew meat
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    soya sauce
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 large
    onion
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1 c
    beef broth
  • 25 c
    bbq sauce
  • 1 tsp
    garlic
  • ·
    sage
  • ·
    basil
  • ·
    thyme, dried
  • ·
    lemon and herb
  • ·
    garlic powder

How to Make Crockpot beef stew

Step-by-Step

  1. layer potatoes, carrots.
    Top with meat
    Sprinkle meat with (soy sauce, salt, paprika, pepper, and flour- mix in bowl first)
    onions
    Spread with chopped carrots
  2. Combine beef broth, tomato sauce and pour over all
  3. Pour BBQ sauce overall
  4. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours, high for 4-5 hours
