Ingredients

1 pound boneless beef round steak, cut 1 in thick
2 - med. onions, sliced
2 - 4 1/2 oz jars whole mushrooms, drained
1 - 12 oz. jar beef gravy
1/4 cup apple juice

How To Make crockpot beef round steak with mushrooms

Step 1

Trim fat from meat and cut into 4 serving size pieces. Place onions in pot and arrange mushrooms over onions, add beef. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
