1 lbboneless beef round steak, cut 1 in thick

2med. onions, sliced

24 1/2 oz jars whole mushrooms, drained

112 oz. jar beef gravy

1/4 capple juice
How To Make crockpot beef round steak with mushrooms

1Trim fat from meat and cut into 4 serving size pieces. Place onions in pot and arrange mushrooms over onions, add beef. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
