    boneless beef round steak, cut 1 in thick
  • 2
    med. onions, sliced
  • 2
    4 1/2 oz jars whole mushrooms, drained
  • 1
    12 oz. jar beef gravy
  • 1/4 c
    apple juice

How to Make Crockpot Beef Round Steak with Mushrooms


  1. Trim fat from meat and cut into 4 serving size pieces. Place onions in pot and arrange mushrooms over onions, add beef. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
