Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 - potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
How To Make crockpot beef and potatoes

Step 1In large skillet or crock-pot with browning unit, brown beef; break up large chunks with fork.

Step 2Pour off excess fat.

Step 3In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, onion and undiluted soup.

Step 4Peel and slice potatoes.

Step 5In crock pot arrange alternate layers of potatoes and meat, with potatoes on bottom.

Step 6Pour soup mixture over.

Step 7Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Step 8Turn control to high.

Step 9Pour cream over all; cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes.
