crockpot beef and noodles
I had been craving beef and noodles. I defrosted some stew meat for Mongolian beef, but used stir fry beef instead. Beef and noodles was an excellent use for the stew meat. I tweaked a recipe I found and boy was it good!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 16 ounces egg noodles
- 22 ounces cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 packages onion soup mix
- 1 package brown gravy mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter (for browning meat)
- 3 tablespoons oilive oil (for browning meat)
How To Make crockpot beef and noodles

Step 1In skillet, add butter and oil. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Brown meat.

Step 2Spray crock with cooking spray, add broth and mushroom soup. Then add browned meat.

Step 3Add onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, and mix together.

Step 4Place lid on crock and cook 2 hours on high, 6 to 7 hrs on low.

Step 5Cook noodles separately. (I cook mine in beef broth, but you can use water.)

Step 6Mix noodles in with beef mixture and stir til well combined.
