Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless beef chuck roast sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup saki
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cooked sauce from crockpot
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets blanched in boiling water
- - hot cooked rice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make crockpot beef and broccoli

Step 1Place beef in crockpot. In small bowl mix beef broth, saki, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and garlic. Pour over beef. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Step 2Turn crockpot up to high. Bring to a boil. Stir cornstarch with sauce from pot until well blended. Add to crockpot and stir. Let boil.

Step 3Blanch the broccoli in boiling water. Drain and add to the crockpot and boil 30 more minutes. Serve over rice Garnish with cilantro
