Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb
    boneless chuck steak, 1 1/2 inch thick
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 c
    wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Crockpot Barbeque

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide.
  2. Place these in the crockpot.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour over the meat, and mix.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 5 hours.
