Ingredients
- CROCK POT TOMATO CURRY STEAK
- 2 pounds steak -- of your choice, cut into bite size
- 1 large onion -- sliced & halved
- 1 large green bell pepper -- sliced into strips
- 2 (8 oz) cans mushrooms -- drain juices
- 3 - stalks of celery -- cut into slices
- 1 (15 oz) can beef broth
- TOMATO CURRY SAUCE
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 small onion -– diced
- 1 small apple -– diced
- 1/2 clove garlic -– minced
- 2 tablespoons red curry powder
- 1 tablespoon chinese five spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make crock pot tomato curry steak

Step 1Add the meat to the crock pot with 1 cup of Beef Broth and cook for 3 hours by itself.

Step 2Then add all the veggies and mix around.

Step 3Cook for 1 hour and then drain off any excess juice.

Step 4Now we will make the tomato curry sauce.

Step 5After you have made the tomato curry sauce pour over the steak and veggies and stir around well and cook for another 2 hours.

Step 8Pour tomato sauce and water into saucepan.

Step 9Add onion, apple, garlic, butter, Salt, Curry and Five Spice.

Step 10Stir thoroughly every few minutes during the time of cooking/simmering.

Step 11Simmer gently 20 to 25 minutes.
