Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds shaved beef
- 1 large onion diced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons red curry paste
- 3 small jalapeno's seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 - limes juiced
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 cups cabbage chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
How To Make crock pot thai beef curry

Step 1Place some oil in a skillet and brown the beef. Transfer to crock pot. In same skillet add the onion and garlic and saute about 5 minutes. Add to crock pot.

Step 2Add the coconut milk, beef broth, red curry paste, jalapeno's, brown sugar and lime juice to crock pot. Cook on low about 6 hours.

Step 3Stir the spinach and cabbage and cook another 30 minutes.Serve over rice and garnish with basil
